Most courses are live within 24 hours of signing up. There are no integrations, no software installations, and no IT projects required. We configure your comp set and start collecting market data on your behalf — you just log in and start seeing your market.

No. TeeMetrics collects publicly available data directly from booking channels — your own listings and your competitors’ — so no integration with your tee sheet, PMS, or any other system is required. You don’t need to change anything about how you currently operate.

Your comp set is the group of competitor golf courses you want to benchmark against — typically 3 to 5 courses in your local market that you consider your primary competition.

When you sign up, we work with you to identify the right comp set based on your market, pricing tier, and course type. You can update your comp set at any time, and Starter plan customers can track up to 5 competitors. Plus and Managed plans include additional flexibility.

TeeMetrics monitors publicly available pricing, availability, and booking data directly from golf booking channels — including course websites, GolfNow, TeeOff, and Supreme Golf. We check these channels every 12 minutes so you always have a current picture of what your market is doing.

No access to your competitors’ internal systems is required — we only collect data that is publicly visible to any golfer trying to book a tee time.

Channel coverage depends on your plan:

The Rate Recommendation Engine analyzes live comp set pricing, demand signals, slot utilization, and booking pace to generate specific rate recommendations by tee time slot. Instead of guessing what to charge this Saturday morning, you get a data-backed suggested rate based on what your market is actually doing.

Rate recommendations are available on the Plus and Managed plans.

Our demand forecast uses booking pickup trends, historical pace data, weather-adjusted occupancy projections, and comp set fill patterns to give you a 7-day forward view of expected demand. You can see projected revenue, compression flags when demand is building faster than expected, and pace vs. same time last year — all before the demand has peaked and the window has closed.

Demand Forecasting is available on the Plus and Managed plans.

Slot utilization measures how efficiently your tee time slots are being filled relative to their capacity. A twosome booked into a foursome slot is 50% utilization — and that lost revenue can never be recovered once the round is played.

Most courses have no visibility into this pattern until it’s too late. TeeMetrics surfaces utilization trends so you can identify where you’re consistently underselling capacity and take action before the revenue disappears.

These are standard revenue management metrics adapted from the hotel industry:

• RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Round) — total revenue divided by total available tee time slots. The single best measure of overall revenue performance.
• ADR (Average Daily Rate) — the average rate charged per booked tee time across a given period.
• OCC (Occupancy) — the percentage of available tee time slots that were actually booked.

The AI Operator Summary is a weekly digest — available on Plus and Managed plans — that synthesizes your market data into plain-language recommendations. Instead of logging in and interpreting dashboards yourself, you get a clear summary of what happened in your market last week, what opportunities you may have missed, and what to watch for in the week ahead.

Starter ($149/mo) gives you comp set benchmarking — you can see how your rates and occupancy compare to up to 5 competitor courses, with weekly reporting delivered to your inbox.

Plus ($449/mo) adds live rate monitoring every 12 minutes, rate recommendations by slot, demand forecasting, channel distribution insights, and the AI Operator Summary.

Managed ($1,999/mo) is a fully done-for-you service. A dedicated revenue manager handles your pricing and channel management, updates your listings, and meets with you weekly.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Plus or from Plus to Managed at any time. Contact us at hello@teemetrics.com and we’ll sort out the proration.

No. Your account data, usage patterns, and any information specific to your course are never shared with other TeeMetrics customers or with your competitors. Any benchmarking data used in aggregate reporting is fully anonymized.

TeeMetrics collects publicly available pricing and availability data from your course’s listings on major booking channels — the same data any golfer can see when searching for a tee time. We do not access your internal booking system, reservation data, or any non-public information.
